Just Drive – Self Driven Cars™ (hereinafter referred to as “Just Drive”) is a Limited Liability Partnership Firm incorporated under the laws of India, with its registered office at 208, Millionaire Business Park, TGB Circle, L. P. Savani Road, Adajan, Surat, Gujarat - 395009.
Visitors/Users/Customers (referred as “You” hereinafter) agree that all photo(s), image(s), footage(s), link(s), comment(s), feedback(s), idea(s), audio(s)/video(s) of any kind whatsoever created/submitted/posted/analysed by You containing the trademark, Company name, logo(s) and related metadata with or without Just Drive’s vehicles photo; (collectively the “Just Drive’s Proprietary Rights”), will be solely owned by Just Drive. You unconditionally & irrevocably waive all your rights in respect of the said Just Drive’s Proprietary Rights in favour of Just Drive, if any.
You agree that Just Drive is free to modify, edit, display, retain, reproduce, distribute, archive, create derivative works from the said Just Drive’s Proprietary Rights and/or to use it in any other manner whatsoever at its sole discretion & without any restriction or compensation/royalty to You.
You further agree that You shall not claim, contest or otherwise challenge (e.g., in any legal action or otherwise), or assist or encourage any other person or entity to claim, contest or challenge, the validity of neither any of Just Drive’s Proprietary Rights nor of the claims made by Just Drive for such Just Drive’s Proprietary Rights.
