1. How do I book a self-drive car in Gujarat?

Bookings can be done online through our website www.justdrive.co.in. Just select your preferred city and your dates with time. Choose from our wide range of affordable options.


2. What documents are required to rent a self-drive car?

Indian Customer: A valid driving license and Adhaar card are compulsory proof. Along with it we may ask for an additional proof like Employment ID, Business proof, if required. Make sure to keep your original documents with you for verification while collecting the car.

Foreign Customer: A valid driving license from your home country and your passport. You can also keep your international driver’s permit with you if you have one.


3. What is the minimum age to rent a car?

The minimum age to rent a car is 20 years. The user must have at least a year-old driving license.


4. What payment methods are accepted?

We accept online payment modes like UPI, Debit and Credit Cards, Net Banking, Prepaid Wallets, etc. We accept Domestic as well as international cards.


5. Do I have to pay a security deposit?

Yes, we do collect security deposit. The amount is INR 5000. The refund is issued within 24 hours of booking end time.


6. What is the fuel policy?

Our fuel policy is level to level. The user as to return the car at the same fuel level at which the car was provided to him/her.


7. Is there a speed limit?

Yes, we allow upto 100 kms/hr. speed limit. On the new express national highway connecting Mumbai – Delhi the speed limit is 120 kms/hr.


8. What if there is an accident or breakdown?

In case of any accident, the user must first inform Just Drive about the incident. After that we will assist you in the further course of action. The liability for damage depends on the nature of incident and as per our rental terms and conditions.

In case of any technical failure, Just Drive will help you with Roadside Assistance and replacement car if possible.


9. What happens if the car is returned late?

We allow a 30 mins grace time. After that, late fee will apply. The late fee is INR 300 per hour.


10. Can the car be taken out of Gujarat?

Yes, you can travel to any location in India except, Leh and Ladakh and North East.


11. Can smoking or pets be carried in the rental car?

We have a strict policy of no pet and no smoking in cars. We charge a penalty of INR 1200 to INR 2000 for violations.


12. Is insurance included?

We provide third party insurance included with all booking. Also, there is an option to opt for refundable deposit with insurance in case of Monthly bookings.


13. Can a self-drive car be rented without a driving license?

No, A user must have a year-old driving license to book a self-drive car from Just Drive.


14. Are International Licenses accepted?

Yes, International Driver’s license is accepted at Just Drive.


15. What is the minimum and maximum booking duration?

The minimum booking duration is 10 hours and there is not limit for maximum booking duration. A user can book for as many hours or days he/she wants.


16. How much does it cost to rent a self-drive car?

Car rental at Just Drive start from as low as INR 990 per day. Prices are dependent on the hours you book the car for.


17. Are tolls and taxes included?

We have fastag attached in all cars. The user can recharge it via any UPI app like google pay, PhonePe, Paytm etc. Make sure to recharge as your requirement.


18. How can the car be pickup and dropped off?

Customers can collect and drop off the car from our branch office or can opt for paid delivery and pick up to their choice of location. Paid Delivery service is dependent on availability of slots. We encourage at least 2 days advance booking for deliveries.


19. Are there any specific traffic regulations to follow?

Customers must follow the general traffic rules and regulations applicable to all citizens.


20. Can booking be modified or cancelled?

Yes, you can modify your booking 48 hours before the booking start time. Also, you can cancel the booking 48 hours before booking start time for a full refund. Please refer to our return and refund policy for more details.


21. What types of cars are available?

Just Drive has all kinds of car on rent. Hatchback, Sedans, SUVs, 7 seaters and luxury cars as well. Some of the models include Maruti Suzuki Swift, Baleno, Swift Dzire, Kia Sonet, Kia Seltos, Toyota Glanza, Toyota Hyryder, Maruti Ertiga, Kia Carens, Mahindra XUV300, Mahindra XUV700, Kia Carnival, Maruti Brezza, Hyundai Verna, Hyundai i20, Hyundai i10, Hyundai Aura, Hyundai Creta, Skoda Kushaq, Tata Harrier, Tata Tiago, Honda Brio, Honda Amaze, Honda Elevate, Toyota Innova, Toyota Fortuner, Ford Ecosport, etc. We have all fuel type cars like Petrol, Petrol + CNG, Diesel, Hybrid. Also, we have all transmission type cars Manual as well as Automatic.


22. Are there any kilometer restrictions?

We do not have any Kilometers restrictions. Customers can drive as may kilometers has they want.


23. Can I hire one-way self-drive car?

Sorry, we do not have one way trip options.


24. Can I add additional driver?

Yes, additional drivers can be added to your trip. Just add the driver’s name and driving license number.


25. What are the vehicle inspection tips?

We encourage customer to take photos and video of the car before collecting them and hand over at the end of the trip. If possible, take phots and videos with time stamp on them.


26. Do you provide GST invoice?

Yes, we do provide GST invoice after every trip.
